Memory, Responsibility, Hope

Do we have responsibilities not only for what we remember, but also for how we remember? The 2027 conference asks what mnemonic responsibility entails, for memory agents, activists and practitioners, and for memory studies itself, and whether memory can help document, create and mobilize hope.
